Key Dates

  • Nomination Deadline: November 5, 2025 – Complete forms must be received by the NomCom. Nomination Form
  • Deadline for Members to Enter in Good Standing: November 5, 2025 – Completion of requirements (payment of Member Dues, completion of Annual Census).
  • Election Start Date: November 15, 2025
  • Election End Date: December 15, 2025
  • Election Results Announcement Date: December 31, 2025

Election Policy & Procedure

The Nominating Committee will conduct the election according to the most recent WFDF Election Policy, available on the WFDF website: Elections Policy and Procedure.

  • Chair: Robert ‘Nob’ Rauch, WFDF President
  • Administrator: Dillon Richardson, WFDF Director of Membership and Development
  • 1st Scrutineer: Rolando Garcia, NF MEX
  • 2nd Scrutineer: Aber Gadelrab, NF MAR

Nomination Procedure: Interested candidates must complete the Nomination Form in full by the deadline and submit a Letter of Endorsement from a Member of their country of origin or residence.

Election Procedure: The election will be conducted online via a voting form using Single Transferable Vote methodology. Only Members in Good Standing (who completed Annual Census and paid dues by the deadline) may vote.
