2015 Ocean Beach Wintershred
One round of random draw freestyle surrounded by lots of jamming!
Description
Come join us for Wintershred 2015! We’ll be in Ocean Beach, San Francisco on Sunday, March 1. This year’s version will be similar to those of the past. One round of random draw freestyle surrounded by lots of jamming fore and aft.
The vitals…..
~ Early arrivals: 11am’ish
~ Low key competition: 1:00pm
~ Jamming: As long as we can hold out!
~ Judging: Base score + 3 bonus point moves (Gitis, Triple fake, Roll to hein catch)
~ Cost: $0 – except for the usual shred offering on the sand
Location: Ocean Beach is located on the western shores of San Francisco, where Lincoln Ave. meets The Great Highway. There is a large parking area for the beach and we play on the hard pack at the southern end of the parking area. Look for Frisbee’s flying down near the shore.
