And thank you to all who helped with translating the application into many of the languages that represent freestyle frisbee (Elad Kahalon, Benedicte Audet, Juan David Rivera, Kuba Opaluch, Toby Künzel)
Here’s a message from the Warsaw crew, including some useful information about the FPA World Championship 2024:
.
“
Friends!
As a lot of you are already starting to plan the trip to Poland, we are super excited to officially announce the date and location of FPAW2024 in Warsaw.
The tournament will take place from the 14th to the 18th of August 2024. Wednesday to Sunday with finals on Saturday. The main event will take place on KS Drukarz Field in Skaryszewski Park. The spot is very close to the city center and main train stations.
.
As a backup, we will have a large gym preferably close by, big enough to easily run the tournament and have a place for free jams as well.
One week after FPAW we are organizing our annual beach ultimate & freestyle tournament SandSlash 22-25.08.2024 in Dębki. We strongly encourage you to extend your stay in Poland and join us also for the afterparty on the beautiful beach.
As we are currently working on preparations and planning, we need to collect basic informations from you. If you are at least considering attendance we would like you to fill this pre-registration form. It is NOT a tournament registration, it is only intended to estimate the number of people willing to come to Warsaw for FPAW 2024 14-18.08.2024 and maybe also join SandSlash 22-25.08.2024.
We will share the final registration form as soon as we know all the necessary information and costs.
More to come soon! We can’t wait to see you all and for you to see Warsaw and have a great time!
