Please register using one of these methods:
1. Snail Mail: Fill out, print and sign your registration form and mail a payment to the included address.
Download the form here, which can be filled out within your PDF reader or printed and filled out by hand.
(A PDF reader is available via Adobe.)
2. Paperless: Submit a secure payment via PayPal from this page. Download the registration form and
once completed, send a digital version (must include signature) to fpaworlds2010@gmail.com. The form can be filled out on-screen
(except for where a signature is req'd). You may also snail mail your completed form.
Note: If your FPA membership has expired, you must renew using the mail in form or paypal link on the
FPA site in order to be eliigible for competition.
