  • How I Started

Hoyt Farm Park, Commack, Long Island, NY. I first began to learn to throw and catch during summers as a teen, then after many years discovered the 3rd World moves I do now.
I specifically recall identifying my first disc flip move on a raining day while living in Stroudsburg, PA Circa 1990. I never looked back and have exclusively pushed my 3rd World skills since that time. I am a leading edge 3rd World Disc Freestylist. My moves are my own and are rarely replicated. The video below is a 2013 Demo at FPAW. I competed at FPAW 1995. Today, better, wiser, more user friendly. I have become ambidextrous with some success and continue to push my body and mind to understand what this gift of God I have is wanting to express.
